It's easy and affordable to create your own personalized scrub top, scrub jacket, or lab coat with our stock designs, unique fonts, and customized logos! Shop for embroidered scrubs and design your custom scrubs today at Uniform City. Follow the steps below to begin your medical scrubs embroidery:

1. Select an item of your choice.
2. Check the box "add embroidery to this item"
3. Click "Add to Cart"

Please allow approximately 3 to 4 Days to embroider your items.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS - All initial orders will be subject to a one-time fee of $50.00 which covers the handling and set up of the logo. A full credit will be issued for this logo fee if the order exceeds 12 units.

Orders not processed within 45 days of set up or logos that require 2 or more adjustments causing them to be re-digitized do not qualify to receive credit back. Re-orders of the same logo will not incur this fee when under 12 units.

ARTWORK - The following file formats are accepted: .JPG, .TIF, .DST, or .EPS.

Please allow 48 hours from the time of receiving your logo for digitizing. Once the digitizing is completed, a sew- out sample will be created for your viewing – no charge.

FOLD & BAG - There is no charge for individually folding and poly bagging garments. However, please let us know if you prefer to have your order folded and bagged in bulk.

RETURNS - Only garments with manufacturing issues will qualify for a return authorization number.
